These problems make life difficult, so coping skills, resilience and self-care are hugely important tools to have in your wellbeing toolbox.
Maybe the coping skills that have helped you before, aren't working so well anymore? Maybe that feeling of being overwhelmed is happening quicker than it used to,
like your resilience is starting to run out. Going to the cinema, the gym, or seeing friends used to help you relax and clear your mind, but now you're too anxious to face any of them.
And then the unhelpful self-talk: "pull yourself together", "snap out of it", "grit your teeth, and just get on with it".
Avoiding and distracting from anxiety feels like it might be the answer to your problems, but it only works for a short time. Then you're back to square
Imagine feeling free to enjoy your life again, just like you used to.
We can work together to understand and overcome those lingering issues so you can enjoy a life where you're back in control. Let's face those problems
Unfortunately I am unable to offer face to face or home visit appointments at the moment due to the impact of the Coronavirus
pandemic. I will be offering these again as soon as it is safe to do so.
In the meantime, we can do appointments via Zoom/Skype or telephone. It may also be possible to do face to face work if we are
outdoors, socially distanced and wearing masks, but this can be discussed if/when relevant.
